“Currant Fruit” is a jangly, seething, spacious dialogue on the nature of blame, anywhere you might find it. Opening with a wandering, syncopated guitar line underneath pointed lyricism, it swells and bursts into wistful synths and DIY melancholia. The tracks dense climax is complimented by a candid, pained vocal delivery that urges one to self-reflection. "Currant Fruit" is a natural evolution of the lawless, imaginative art-rock sound that Bill Diver's Passionproject began to carve out with their debut album "Diver #1".

Bill Diver's Passionproject is the musical wing of an expansive multi-media art project seeking to create a world through which both the viewer and the open door of creatives who contribute to the project can express the confusion and frustration generated from living in contemporary society; without the confines of traditional "critique". Through this endeavor, Bill Diver's Passionproject has begun to build an online following. Using inventive collages, anachronistic short films featuring detailed sets, tastefully impossible fashion, and a growing network of artfully crafted websites, Bill Diver has crafted an eerily imaginative and hyperreal reflection of the world we live in. The project at large serves to bolster the emotional potency of BDP's music, while in turn the music motivates the psychological landscape and aesthetic of the art.
